These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Heat™ Bureau website (“Site”), the creative services we provide, and the purchase of any digital assets. By using this Site, you agree to these Terms.
Scope of Services

Heat™ Bureau is a creative studio specializing in:
– Branding and identity design
– Creative direction and art direction
– Digital and print design
– UI/UX design and Framer development
– Strategic consulting for design projects
– Sale of pre-made digital assets and Framer templates

Digital Products & Framer Templates

We offer digital goods including, but not limited to, Framer templates and design assets.
– Licensing: Purchases grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-license the source files or "remix links."
– No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital delivery, all sales of templates and digital assets are final and non-refundable.
Custom Project Engagement

Services are provided based on written agreements, proposals, or contracts agreed upon with each client.
– Timelines, deliverables, and fees will be outlined in the project agreement.
– Work will only commence once both parties confirm the scope and payment terms.
Payments

All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed project terms.
– Prices are provided in the currency stated in the agreement (USD, EUR, or GEL).
– Invoices must be paid in full by the due date stated.
– Late payments may result in suspension of work or project delays.
Intellectual Property

– Service Work: All rights to creative work remain with Heat™ Bureau until full payment is received. Upon payment, usage rights transfer as per the project agreement.
– Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place.
Revisions & Cancellations

– Revisions: Custom projects include a set number of revisions. Additional changes outside the scope will be billed separately.
– Cancellations: Once a custom project has commenced, payments made are non-refundable.
Disclaimers & Liability

– "As-Is": All creative work and templates are provided “as-is.” We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or third-party approvals.
– Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heat™ Bureau is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or digital products.
Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (Sakartvelo). Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Georgia.
