These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Heat™ Bureau website (“Site”) and the creative services we provide. By using this Site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Heat™ Bureau is a creative studio specializing in:
– Branding and identity design
– Creative direction and art direction
– Digital and print design
– UI/UX design and development
– Strategic consulting for design projects
We do not sell pre-made digital products under this domain. All work is project-based and tailored to each client.
Services are provided based on written agreements, proposals, or contracts agreed upon with each client.
– Timelines, deliverables, and fees will be outlined in the project agreement.
– Work will only commence once both parties confirm the scope and payment terms.
All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed project terms.
– Prices are provided in the currency stated in the agreement (USD, EUR, or GEL).
– Invoices must be paid in full by the due date stated.
– Late payments may result in suspension of work or project delays.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all rights to creative work remain with Heat™ Bureau until full payment is received.
– Upon full payment, clients receive the agreed usage rights for the final deliverables as outlined in the project agreement.
– We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place.
Each project includes a set number of revisions as stated in the agreement.
– Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope will be billed separately.
Once a project has commenced, payments made are non-refundable.
– If a client cancels a project before completion, payment for work already completed will be required.
All creative work is provided “as-is” and tailored based on the client’s brief and approvals.
– We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, performance results, or third-party approvals (e.g., app store acceptance).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heat™ Bureau is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (Sakartvelo). Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Georgia.
